Production & Shipping

How long will my order take?
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and 3–7 business days for shipping.

Will I be charged customs or import fees on an international order?
Possibly. The shipping cost at checkout covers delivery only. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by your country's customs authority (usually through the carrier before delivery), are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and are unable to estimate, prepay, or refund them.

Materials

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using solid precious metals (14k gold or 925 sterling silver). We do not use plated/filled materials.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.
