How long will my order take?
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and 3–7 business days for shipping.

Materials
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using solid precious metals (14k gold or 925 sterling silver). We do not use plated/filled materials.

Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.
