Production and shipping
Every piece is made to order in our Los Angeles studio, from start to finish, by us. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your piece to be made. Once it ships, US orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 days depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout, where you'll also see the cost. We know the wait is part of made-to-order, and we're grateful for your patience.
You'll get an email with tracking the day your piece ships.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and prices are shown in your local currency.
Please note that the shipping cost covers delivery only. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by your country's customs authority (usually through the carrier before delivery), are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and are unable to estimate, prepay, or refund them.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order in your size and metal, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
